Third-Party Integration Reliability

A major part of the platform’s functionality depended on data coming from the external Brainysoft loan origination system. The third-party API had highly specific behavior and showed instability during peak-load periods.

Solution: We implemented additional validation, retry logic, and error-handling safeguards. This reduced the impact of external service failures, preserved data consistency and freshness, and kept the platform stable even when the API responded slowly or returned errors.
