Product Idea
WORQER is a mobile service for booking workspaces across a branded coworking network.
We built more than just an app — we created a complete digital management system for coworking spaces:
- location search;
- selection of a specific workspace;
- time-slot booking;
- online payments;
- order management;
- QR-code access to the coworking space.
Important: the service fully managed workspaces and bookings. It was a standalone IT system, not an integration with external SaaS platforms.
Business Goal
Build a digital ecosystem for a coworking network that:
- automates workspace booking;
- eliminates manual administration;
- minimizes staff involvement;
- provides seamless QR-based entry;
- scales across multiple locations.
Additionally, the first coworking location in the network was built by our team — the product was developed in parallel with the physical infrastructure.

- reduce administrator involvement;
- improve security.
Admin Panel
We developed a dedicated web panel for managing the network:
- location management;
- workspace type configuration;
- availability control;
- time-slot management;
- booking overview;
- user management;
- occupancy analytics.
The system enabled centralized management of the entire coworking network.

The project was built as a full-scale digital platform: mobile apps for iOS and Android, a unified backend for booking, payments, and access logic, and a web admin panel for network operators.
