One of the regional communication providers approached the 2people IT team with a request to develop and integrate a virtual PBX (VPBX) for their corporate clients. The introduction of the VPBX platform is intended to expand the number and degree of integration of B2B subscribers of the telecom operator through a whole range of new high-tech services.
The digital system should provide companies with access to the full functionality of a virtual PBX using the software as a service or SaaS (software as a service) model. VPBX can be used without installing intermediate applications - directly from the browsers of user devices. They also configure components and manage PBX services.
